FAQ
We regularly update all information and adapt to the current situation. So please keep checking our FAQ until shortly before the festival starts.
Your safety is important to us! At the moment there are no restrictions to contain the Corona Pandemic. However, we ask you to take a test before you come and to refrain from travelling if you feel ill.
We are following the official guidelines for event organisers regarding the containment of the pandemic. We therefore reserve the right to make changes. ↑
At the Sternfest we want to celebrate together and be together. We wish to treat all fellow human beings and the environment with respect.
Take care of yourselves and your surroundings and don’t leave any rubbish behind. ↑
The Sternfest is a place of free development, acceptance and collective togetherness. We say no to sexism, homophobic and right-wing ideas.
If you feel uncomfortable or observe someone else in an uncomfortable situation, don’t hesitate to talk to us! Throughout the festival, an awareness team will be on hand to deal with anyone affected. Our bar staff, security and production team will be happy to refer you to the awareness team. ↑
There is a special area for campers, vans and motorhomes. We kindly ask you to park your four-wheelers there only and as space-saving as possible. ↑
There is a separate area for tent campers. Please leave it as you found it and take your rubbish with you.
No sound systems are allowed on the campsite. ↑
Barbecues and open fires are expressly forbidden on the entire festival site, including the camping area. ↑
The possession of illegal drugs is not allowed. Anyone caught dealing will be thrown out and reported to the police. By buying your festival ticket and entering the festival area you agree to this. ↑
Drinks in glass bottles are explicitly undesirable on the whole festival area. We especially want to avoid broken glass. We also ask you to buy your drinks on site at the bars to help us to finance the festival. ↑
A refund or cancellation of your ticket is not possible. However, you can offer your ticket for resale via your account at our ticket provider TixforGigs.
